Hot Stone Reflexology
Reflexology - Feet - £50
Reflexology is a deeply relaxing treatment and has been practiced for over 5000 years. It is based on the belief that the feet, hands and face are maps of the body. The mapped areas are called reflexes.
It is believed that by applying pressure to the reflexes and the many nerve endings we can aid the body to reach a state of homeostasis (balance). This can result in;
- Increased relaxation
- Improved mood
- Released tension
- Enhanced sleep
- Lessened pain
- Increased energy
Improved circulation
and can generally help improve wellbeing; allowing us to cope better with the stresses that life can bring.
Every person is unique and will respond differently, some people find other ailments improve as well.
A series of sessions may be recommended for chronic conditions. Regular Reflexology sessions are beneficial in maintaining health and wellbeing.
AromaFlex - £55
AromaFlex is Reflexology with the added therapeutic benefits of Essential oils, which are blended specifically to suit individual needs and which absorb extremely well through the feet to affect the whole body.
The essential oils can help to;
- Balance hormones
- Ease digestive problem
- Reduce pain
- Ease respiratory problems
and can support wellbeing by; - Stimulating
- Uplifting
- Relaxing
- Sedating
- Balancing
Hot Stone Reflexology - £60
During this treatment I use a mixture of hot stones and my hands to stimulate the reflexes on the feet.
The heat of the stones penetrates deeper into the reflex.
This is a lovely treatment during the colder months.
Menopause Reflexology - £50 - 85
I have completed a specialist course in Reflexology for women going through Perimenopause / Menopause. This has given me a more in depth understanding of the subject.
During the course we focused on specialist techniques and sequences to support each individual woman’s journey.
Menopause Reflexology can be a stand-alone treatment, though the best effect is often noticed with regular treatments.
The course I took suggested a programme of 12 weekly or fortnightly sessions initially, then moving to larger gaps between sessions if you’d like to continue.
During each of these sessions there is time for you to talk about your symptoms and experiences and I offer some lifestyle and self care advice, if you’d like it. The appointments are 2 hours long. The first appointment may be longer due to the initial consultation. I don’t charge extra for that.
For the treatment itself, I use Reflexology techniques on the face, hands and feet (including facial cleansing and foot cleansing). The treatment lasts for 90 minutes and is really relaxing.
There are options to have shorter treatments with different variations of time and areas worked. examples are;
45 minutes on just the face... £50
45 minutes on the hands and feet... £50
60 minutes on the face and hands... £65
75 mins on the face and feet... £75
90 mins on the face, hands and feet... £85
Ideally I’d recommend the full 90 mins for the first 12 treatments if your budget allows. Perhaps mixing and matching thereafter if you’d like to continue coming.
Below are some of the symptoms that may be associated with this time of life. Every woman’s experience is unique and some symptoms may be eased with some lifestyle changes and self care techniques. This is a transitional time for women, a time that may be used to connect with our inner strength and wisdom and invites deeper learning of ourselves. A time to turn our care towards ourselves.

Facial Reflexology - £35-£50
I offer two variations of this treatment. A shorter Stress Relief treatment and a longer Full Treatment.
Using a natural cleanser and facial oil I gently stimulate the reflexes on the face that correspond to areas of the whole body, encouraging the body to find its own natural balance. This is a very relaxing treatment.
Just as our emotions are mirrored on our face, our expressions can impact our emotions. Releasing tension from the face can help release emotion also.
Hand Reflexology - £50
Whilst you lay back with your arm and hand resting on a pillow I gently stimulate the reflexes of your hands and wrists using specific massage techniques, one hand at a time.
RLD (Reflexology Lymph Drainage) - £50
Reflexology Lymph Drainage is a Reflexology technique performed on the feet and was designed to encourage the lymphatic fluid to flow more effectively to support cancer patients with lymphoedema. It may also support people experiencing other conditions.
Ear Reflexology (Auricular Therapy) Including Ear Seeds (Auricular Taping) -£50 (or £20 for a 20 minute 'add on')
This is a lovely relaxing treatment and you can either be lying down or seated. I offer a full treatment with a full ear massage which stimulates all of the reflexes of the ear followed by ear seed placement. I also offer a shorter ‘add on’ treatment which comprises a shorter ear massage to warm the ear followed by ear seed placement, this can be added on to another of my treatments.
During an Ear Reflexology treatment I stimulate various points on the ears using thumb and finger pressure. This sends a signal to the corresponding part of the body, encouraging the body to find its own natural balance which in turn can;
- Aid sleep
- Bring a sense of relaxation
- Relieve tension
- Improve mood
- Promote wellbeing
When required I apply Ear Seeds (Auricular Taping). These are either tiny metal balls or tiny Vacarria seeds, held in place by a sticky pad on relevant points of the ear (Reflexes). These apply gentle continued pressure and help you to identify the reflexes so that you can gently apply extra pressure yourself a few times each day over the coming days. They ,may stay in place for 3-7 days.
Ear Reflexology has evolved from Auricular Therapy, which is a component of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). They are both based on the principle that the ear is a micro system , on which the entire body is mapped. The use of ear seeds dates back centuries, with origins in acupuncture and acupressure techniques. Physicians such as Hippocrates stimulated the ears to improve certain conditions and problems.
Cranial Reflexology - Bergman Method - £30-50
For this treatment you’d be fully clothed, laying on your back. No oil used.
I’ll work a little on your arms and shoulders, neck, ears and head.
Cranial Reflexology - Bergman Method;
- Encourages better flow of cerebral fluid around the head
- Encourages better blood flow to the head
- Includes a ‘tapping’ technique to encourage the body out of ‘fight or flight’ mode and into ‘rest and repair’ mode,
- Working the reflexes helps the body to find its own natural balance
- Working on arms, shoulders, neck, head, ears
- No oil or other medium used
- Laying down treatment
- Can be used to support babies experiencing things such as colic, reflux, digestive issues like constipation and loose stool and latch on problems.Some babies experience a stress response to a difficult birth which can cause newborns to hold their bodies tight. These soothing techniques are adapted to support little ones let go.
